Because it’s about time I fulfilled my destiny.

You’d need a damn good reason to own a gun.

The police would need a damn good reason to use a gun.

Membership of the NRA would be a criminal offense.

All consenting non-relatives would be able to marry the person they loved.

You’d need a damn good reason for homeschooling your kids.

The defense budget and education budget would be swapped around.

Organised religion would be strictly regulated.

Churches would pay taxes.

The money from church taxes would fund scientific research.

Universal healthcare.

College/university tuition fees would be abolished.

Universal, livable minimum wage.

Equal pay.

CEOs’ salary tied to their lowest paid wages. Nobody at the top can earn more than 15x the people at the bottom.

Corporations are not people. They have no beliefs.

It wouldn’t be cheaper to buy a burger than a salad.

No more GM crops.

No more additives and chemicals in food.

No more cruelty in the meat industry.

No more pesticides.

No more fracking.

Any school committee that decides to feed the kids slop because they have no imagination when it comes to healthy meals will eat what they serve for the rest of their lives.

No kids will be forced to buy their teachers’ supplies because the school district spent their money on a new football pitch.

Any district which does so will find its members buried alive beneath said pitch.

No more semi-professionalising kids’ sports. They’re children, it’s a game.

Life skills lessons in the classroom.

Mandatory, sex-positive, inclusive sex education from the first year of school.

Invest in renewable energy infrastructure.

No more money in politics.

Doing deals with lobbyists would be a criminal offence.

Politicians’ starting pay equal to the minimum wage.

No more career politicians; experience life a little first.

Decriminalise drug possession. Rehabilitation not incarceration.

Access to water declared a fundamental human right.

I’m sure there’s more, but that will do for day one. Welcome to Katopia 😀
